Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and other materials supplied.
Returns must have a valid returns number which can be obtained by contacting our customer service.
Return process

Please follow the steps below to request a return:

Please contact our customer service at [email protected] and quote your order number.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return number, as well as further instructions for the return.
Pack the product securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Please clearly indicate the return number on the outside of the package.
Send the package back to the address provided, preferably with a trackable shipping method.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will proceed to process your refund or provide you with a replacement product, depending on your preference.
Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receipt of your returned product(s), we will carefully inspect it. If all return conditions are met, we will proceed to process your refund. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on the payment method you used.

If you prefer an exchange for another product, please let us know when submitting your return request. We will do our best to fulfill your request depending on the availability of the desired product.
